Rates:

• 2 bedroom condos range from $650 to $1500 + tax per night
• 3 bedroom condos range from $1150 to $3300 + tax per night
• Private 3-7 bedroom homes range from $2000 to $13,000 + tax per night

Policies:

• A reservation deposit is required in order to hold your reservation.
• The reservation deposit is non-refundable ninety (90) days prior to check-in date. Total rent, less reservation deposit, is due and non-refundable sixty (60) days prior to check-in date.
• A security deposit is also required along with full payment. The security deposit will be returned to you within fourteen (14) days after your check out, less any expenses for damages, missing items, long distance telephone charges, and extra ordinary cleaning charges.

Please note - Four Seasons Resort charge a amenity fee of $30 per person per day for ages 14 and up. This registers you with the resort and gives you full access to the Four Seasons Resort and its amenities. This charge is be billed directly by resort.
