Rates:
2 bedroom condos range from $1200 to $1350 + tax per night
3 bedroom condos range from 1300 to 2600 + tax per night
Private 3-5 bedroom homes range from $2500 to $5000 + tax per night

Policies:
A reservation deposit is required in order to hold your reservation.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable ninety (90) days prior to check-in date. Total rent, less reservation deposit, is due and non-refundable thirty (30) days prior to check-in date.
A security deposit is also required along with full payment. The security deposit will be returned to you within fourteen (14) days after your check out, less any expenses for damages, missing items, long distance telephone charges, and extra ordinary cleaning charges.
